Who are these people????????????????????????

When you call back to the number you get a message saying "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo.  We recently tried to call you with a promotion.  We will try to contact you at a later date."  I do not have any accounts with Wells Fargo.  I do not own a home nor am I shopping for a mortgage.  This is robocalling.
