Showed up on caller ID about 4 hours ago; when I called it, it says number has been disconnected???

Recording--talking about debt consolidation. "Press 0 for more details; press 6 to remove your number from this calling list" I'm already on the national do not call list (donotcall.gov), so I traced this call thru qwest for $1.50 charge to put it on the record. Ironically, the only other annoying and persistent calls I've been getting have been FROM QWEST...

I just got a call from this number also. Who do I contact to report them? I also am on the "do not call" list.

Called here twice.  Didn't answer either time.  We're on don't call list also.

My wife recieved a call from the same number.  It came up on the caller ID as Blocked Name, but the number appeared.  My wife pressed 0 and the man asked her questions regarding refinancing a home loan at 3.5%.  The minimum they would refinance was $100,000.  She said she wasn't interested in that much and he said "OK" and hung up.  I tried to call the number back, and it says the call can't be completed as dialed.
We, too, are on the do not call list.
