I got this call too this morning and I'm from the GTA. I didn't answer. Every number that calls like this is a SCAM, and it's a computer generated phone number that isn't valid.  If anyone has an Iphone they can go to the app store and download "IBlacklist" and each time the number calls just log it into the app and set it to "do nothing", and the phone won't even ring if they try to call. The thing is you need to do this for every number that calls like this. It's worth it. Trust me!

Indian Boiler Room....called my Toronto Cell at 10:00 AM today with THIS number, and yesterday at exactly the same time with a Toronto Cell number (that doesn't exist)....They change the Caller ID to be whatever they want, so there's no point in 'reporting' it to anyone...except HERE.

SCAM
