Got the same call. Answered, said I won a cruise but I could only get it if I answered a survey. I moved on to the survey in hopes a person would answer, but its all automated, so I pressed 0 repeatedly hoping it would connect me to a human. It just disconnected. Called back and got that alarm.

I got this call at 10:07am this morning. Answered it and no one one was there. SO annoying! Telemarketers should NOT be allowed to call cell phones. Also, once, I was at a nursing home and a staff picked up. It was a telemarketer. Sheesh

Same thing here.  I'm in Niagara Falls ON.  Called at suppertime and missed the call.  Called back and got the beeping sound.
