I answered because no one calls me except those I've given my number to.  I hung up after a few words.  My number is also in the "Do not call" list.  Whenever I get a call like this I save it with the word "Spam1" and then add a number when I get another to save, that way when it comes up again I immediately know that it is spam.  I eventually delete them if I don't get them anymore.

I was dumb enough to call back because it is a town right near me where I have Girl Scouts ordering cookies from, thinking it was one of them.
When I called it said "you are now subscribed"
To what?
Oh and yes my number is on the Do Not Call registry.
