Phone call came in on my cell phone and hung up without leaving a message.  I returned the call and received a recording that the phone number was no longer in service.  This must mean some one has "highjacked" a non-working number and is using it to place calls.  Can't be good.

I have received multiple phone calls from this number. I also get that it is a "non working" number when I try to call back. They NEVER leave a message so just like the person before me, I assume it is some kind of fraudulent something or other. [***].

i keep getting calls from this number and no answer... it is a non working number when you call back
