Missed call. no message left

Got a call today on my cell phone.  Sounded like a bunch of people talking in the background, but when I said 'hello' for the 2nd time, the caller hung up without saying a word.

I received 3 calls in a row from this company GMI tele #503-207-4130, the first call I told him I wasn’t interested, thank you and good bye.  He just kept talking, I hung up.  He called back a 2nd time and I explained that I wasn’t interested, he just kept talking over me, no matter what I said, again I hung up. Call #3 from him, I picked up the phone and he just kept talking, I asked for his supervisor, he said he was the supervisor, I told him I was on the do-not-call list, he said he has no list. I told him if he called me again that I would file a harassment charge, he said Good-Luck doing that. What an arrogant individual. How can they get away with doing this?  Why would I want to deal with a company, business that acts that way? I’m so annoyed; his attitude is what gets me.

I was very professional. You were extremely rude. I said hello, you said not interested. I didn't offer you anything. What is it that you are not interested in? Check your attitude before you rip on mine.
