This is the second time I've received a call from an unknown number and this is the same thing that happend last time.
I answer the phone, it goes dead, I call it back and no answer.
I think it's some company or organization trying to phish for unused numbers so they in turn can use the number they just called for themselves without having to pay for it... or something along those lines.
