I also got 2 different calls, this # and 503 201 6196 also from Portland OR. I thought my cell phone was safe from phone spam. Any ideas how to stop it?

Got a call from this number while i was away from my cell phone called back and got a busy signal glad to see i am not the only person

Just got a call from this number as well, My phone shows missed call
"From Oregon, at 12:01PM Eastern today 1/10/2012"
Didn't hear my phone ring but I wouldn't have picked up anyways.
