503-201-2304 - clicked off when I answered, call back got a busy signal, subsiquent call backs one ring then busy signal.

Just got a call from this number. Had no idea who it was so I didn't answer. After reading these posts, I'm glad I didn't. Does anyone know who this is?

Just recieved missed this call as well. 11:23 EST on 1/10/12. Must be a spam call or something.
