Got this number on my new cell phone that I got 2 days ago. Nobody else knows the number but me. This is concerning.

I received a call from this number just now and did not answer. No message left by the caller. This is similar to a call I got two weeks back from the 503 area code. That other call was reported to be from a cell phone. The people who answered (and actually got someone on the other end) were invited to answer 10 questions in exchange for free cruise-ship tickets. I imagine they are seeking idiots who will give them a credit card number or some such scam.

I got this call at 2:03pm cst today. It's an automated message offering insurance. I waited through the entire prompt to see if I could talk to somebody, but nothing. I tried calling back.....busy signal.
