088 prefix was fishy, but I answered out of curiosity because it had a 503 area code. It was a gal with a heavy foreign accent reading a script about lowering my monthly mortgage and saving thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. They knew the bank where my mortgage is, but had wrong information about my current interest rate.
