I received a call from this number on my cell phone. I declined the call and then my home phone rang with the same number on my caller ID. I answered the home phone and no one was there. I called it back and got a disconnect message.

Said he was with Kentucky Firefighters. I told him I know firefighters and they would never call to beg for funds. He said "alright then" and hung up. Another number blocked.
