Called a few minutes ago on my cell phone.  Caller ID showed "John Hendricks".  At the same time, a screen appeared asking if I wanted to subscribe to a caller "name" ID service for $2.99 per month.  It said I get a ten day free trial.  Assuming it is a scam, I declined and also declined the free trial.  I called the number back from my home phone using *67 prefix to hide my phone number.  Got recording "the survey you are responding to has ended.  To be removed from further calls, press 9".  What a crock of sh**.  I have gotten that same recording on several other scam calls to my cell phone in the past several days, all different caller numbers.  All in my local 502 area code.  Man with heavy accent and broken static on recording.  Blocked each number on my cell phone and blocked entire 502-233-8XXX numbers on my home computerized phone system.
