Claims to be Empire Financial, however used spoofed number 859-279-0346 as calling number for message. Can you say, SCAM.

They call my family and say they are going to garnish my wages if I don't call them back and pay and have tried from many different numbers and names. Even sent fake vanish papers to my company so watch your checks and verify any garnishment is from a real company. They are not a real collection Biz and can't give you dates or exact amounts of what was supposedly borrowed.

Give your state attorney general's office a - especially if they are sending FAKE papers to your employer. Wage garnishment is by COURT ORDER.

They called me saying I was being sued for taking a cash advance online that I never paid (NOPE). They transfer me to the attorney with phone number 269-201-5063 stating he verified all my banking info and deposit info with my bank unless I wanted to settle out of court. I have never requested an online cash advance and I contacted my bank and no one has contacted them to verify anything. I called the police and reported it.
