Picked up on the call knowing it was something stupid but I was in the mood to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.  A heavily accented "Mike" came on the line and asked me a question.  His accent was thick enough to be able to dull a knife and I asked him to repeat.  I think he was asking if I had received any obscene or some other type of calls recently.  Not sure what he was asking but I asked him to repeat it for a third time.  He did but then hung up.  Odd call especially if he was actually asking about obscene phone calls.

Same here heavy accent, hard to understand. Wanted to know about unwanted calls and my ability to block them.
So I blocked it with my phone warrior app..
