Put the number in your contacts list. Assign it the ring tone "no ring". It won't stop the calls but it will keep them from interrupting you.

Got 25 calls in one hour from this #. Silence when I answer. Call appeared as "Private" on my cell but showed up as 501-774-5253 when I hit call back. Message said # is disconnected.
