I just received a call from 501-753-1639. They hung up when I answered.
They don't answer when I call back. Who is this ASPA.

Just got a call from 1-501-753-1639
They said they were from the arkansas state police and was wanting donations for the teddy bear fund. I think its a organization that does this for different organizations. they will get more of the donations than the asp.
