"William" answered the phone and asked if they had left a message.  When I said no, he said to treat this as a "wrong number".  When I asked what company he was with, he said CSI Little Rock.  When I asked what this company was he said "it was just a personal call" and then he hung up on me.  After reviewing potential companies it looks like this may link back to Collection Services, Inc. (http://www.collectserv.com/) since they have a local number of 501-664-4545 linked to their site.
