No voice-mail message.  Only know one person in Arkansas and this is not close to their number.

Received unknown call from 501-588-4580 on 02/16AM.  I know no one in Little Rock, AR where caller ID shows the call originated.  No voicemail left.

Called my cell phone (on the do not call list), but I answered the call since I do have contacts in that area.  They stated my first name and wanted a donation for breast cancer research (I think).  I did hang up before answering any more questions.  Sounded automated with prompts to say yes/no, but could have been a live person.  Unsure if to mark this as non-profit or telemarketer, so I'll leave it as unknown.

I had a call from this number a few minutes ago and when I picked up the phone and said hello,the person on the other end said nothing.
