Got this call today, located in Benton, Arkansas.  Seems this is a cell phone.  She talked really fast, saying that she was from a "recovery center", and that she couldn't tell me why she was calling because it was a "private matter", but to stay on the line and she would transfer me.  I did not wait to be transferred and hung up.  I was recently in the area on vacation, and though I paid in cash for all of my purchases, I can only assume I must have gotten my name and number on some stupid call list, as I don't owe anyone any money, or someone is attempting fraud.
