Called with my maiden name about some action that I need to contact them about.  I haven't gone by that name in almost 20 years and I owe nothing according to my Credit reports!. Scammers- Added to rejection list.

I'm contacting you from the process of summons division I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you when you're counting looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name in your social security number -- Lillian Coleman -- I do need to make you aware of your legal rights twist rusher charges prior to being filed against you you we need to do so before you receive your summons at your place an appointment for at your home address one sure served your rates will be forfeited your case number is -- JCWM 1 577-0000 -- their telephone number is -- (501) 507-0888 bye.

You would need to speak to someone in their legal department.

Yes, I just received this EXACT message five minutes ago. I called the 501 507-0888 number and it continues to go to a voicemail that's full! Then it hangs up on me.  I have no fraudulent activity, so I'm not sure what it is.

This is the CRAP they left a message for my secretary to hear at my work. You would need to speak to someone in their legal department." I assume they are looking for SS#'s as well as DOB. Nobody would call you in advance to let you know you are being served a summons. SCAM

I believe we have a case against these people for fraudulently making false statements about us to others.

However, you would have to fully identify them, and find a lawyer to handle your complaint.
(Be aware that some scammers spoof phone numbers, so the address you found may not be that of the scammer)
