I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message but they have called me 3 times in the last few days

I received calls from this number for the last 3 days. They left no message.

these people have called at least 10 times this week. I dont answer. I wish i could sue all the weird number that call me repeatedly and have no connection to me whatsoever! I think the lower cost cell companies sell our info..and who owns and provides service carry for lower cost mobile companies? why the more expensive ones like t-mobile for example. it may also be the mobile company calling to tell me my phone is dated and I need a new one. either way the tech world is too much some times. any way via google the culprit of the number is listed as  Tw Telecom Of Arkansas LLC Of the city of / near Little Rock,

They have called me every day and leave no message

They called on my cell phone, which I never give out my number so I don't know how they got this number. They were trying to sell me something that would be wrapped in plastic? Don't know what it was as I couldn't understand it. They said it wouldn't cost me anything! Yea, right!! I hope I don't get any more of these calls.
