was recorded message that turned off when the answering machine picked up

I have received 5 calls over the last few days from this number.  When call answered just silence on other end.

This is the Huckabee campagn.  They have several numbers, all from Little Rock, AR.  When I've answered, they don't seem to have it together because they just disconnect.  I called them back and asked them to take me off their calling list.
