keep getting calls from 501-386-9621. When I answer, they hang up. Don't know if it's a prank or if I get charged every time I answer

rcvd a call from this number about job searches. wanted to verify my email. i asked how they got my number and she stated for a web site. i asked which one and she told me it was not available to her at that time. i asked what area the job searches were going to be in and she stated de queen missouri. i told her there is no de queen missouri and she hung up. i called back and got the same lady who stated someone from their office had called. i asked again where the job search area was and if it was not in my area i was not interested she said fine and hung up.
