Answered call from (501) 365-1753 (Caller ID reads, Heber Springs, AR) .  A male said he was calling to help me with my disability claim.  He claimed to be from the Social Security office.  I told him I had made no such claim but my husband thought it was about a past, three-week claim from a prior injury.  I told the caller to wait but he kept saying "Thank you, goodbye".  As I handed the phone to my husband, I heard a woman's voice, briefly.  Then, the man began speaking to my husband.  The more the caller said, we realized it was a scam.  I took the phone again and asked who they were.  There was a pause and then an unrelated answer.  I stayed silent after he asked his next question.  He replied "Okay, good" as if I had replied and asked another question.  It then became obvious this was a recorded voice with rote questions.  It does NOT sound like a recorded voice, it sounds live.  BE AWARE they are getting better at this.

Got a call from a guy who said he was with an alarm company. He sounded live but his answers didn't quite match like the previous posting mentioned.  I asked what he wanted and he said "OK good".  Hung up & Blocked!
