I never answer calls that I don't recognize on my caller ID. Interesting to see that this call is from Arkansas, where I've never been. No message of any kind was left.

It's not a call from Arkansas at all It's just a spoofed (false) number you're seeing on your caller id.It's the "card services"scammers at it again, trying to rip you off! If you don't recognize the number calling you it's best not to answer,because if you do you will likely be cheated.
