left a message on my machine telling me that I had fraud connected to my Social Security NUmber. Told me if I didn't contact them before a summons reaches me I will be prosecuted and that I've given up all my rights.

Same with me, total bs. We don't do anything criminal.

I just received the same call. It freaked me out big time! They didn't leave a call back number, name, etc. so I think they are fishing for info. I'm calling my bank to have them watch my account.

Received the same call stating there was fraud connected to my name and SS# and that I would need to contact them before I received a summon at work or home. Freaky call. They actually left the number 501-313-0505 and had my name.

Ok this just happened to me earlier today too, but I just check the message. It was a weird call. It was a lady speaking, but then it'd cut out every one in awhile to give an automated number. I think there was an automated voice also trying to say my name? But it sounded like they were saying a different last night or were cutting in and out. Not sure.

But I'm glad that others got this exact same call. I guess I will ignore it for now and not call. I have no clue what fraudulent activity I'd be served charges for??

I'll bookmark this page and update it if I do end up with jury summons for some reason!
