I got tired off them calling so here is how I handled it.  My busisness is seasonal so I have some spare time.  I know alot about CC processing, so I let them send a sales agent.  He offered .5% processing on all credit cards.  There is is no way they can do this, interchange from Visa and MC are higher than that.  So I let sales rep finish sales pitch then call him out on all his lies.  I show him all the details in black and white. he still tries to sell me.  At this point I tell him I do not want any more contact from his company (Ameribanc).  After that date I receive 4 more calls and 2 visits form same sales agent.  Game on! ( I have store security cameras w/audio and documented all phone calls.)   So I file claims with BBB, FCC, Att. General and FTC.  Now they are sweating bullets.  I filled with BBB first stating   Cease and desist of all communications with me and my company.  They agreed to BBB claim.  After BBB they call me wanting me to drop other claims.  Total IDIOTS & SCAMMERS
