I just received call from this number and the caller ID says its from Noral Law Firm. No one left message and when I called the number it was disconnected.

Who is this caller? The phone rings, I pick up, there is no one there, and after a few seconds of silence and me saying Hello! Hello?! I hear a dial tone.
