Called me 22x in 2 days! Busy when tried calling them..sick of it n now its harassment! Had to shut phone,iff n block them,n, still calling!

I've had 4 calls today from them. No message. I tried calling back and got a message saying the number doesn't accept calls.

Received five calls from this number in the past two days. Haven't answered because it's following the behavior of several other calls from numbers that I don't know. If I answer, there'll be just a beep and no person on the other end.
This morning, this number called my phone 9:30am, 10:45am, 11am, and 11:10am.
Getting very tired of endless calls during work meetings, and I know my colleagues don't appreciate it.
