Got the text just after I used the ATM and called, thinking there was something wrong with the transaction I just finished. They wanted  all kinds of info. Hung up and called the number on the card, Got holds on the account, and will go get a new card when the bank opens. The bank will never text you. Learned my lesson....

I do have a account with Bank of America but have never disclosed my cell phone number.  I did not reply since I am assuming this is some type of phising scam.

bank of America calls and they say that you have fraudulent activity on your account.  They are just trying to get your account info!

When in doubt, always call the numbers on the back of your card, go to your local branch office in person or call the number listed for your local bank.

And report these calls or texts/emails..
Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
