Call was automated saying they were the IRS and a lawsuit was being filed against me. Called the number back and a foreign man informed me that he was attempting to "loot" me. Told me to call the FBI/CIA after I threatened to file against him with the authorities. After he cussed me out I told him to have a nice day. Don't give these people the time of day. Don't even call them back. SCAMMERS!

Got a voice mail saying "call this # 484 862 9779"  and some foreign guy answered.  He asked me my name, then my zip code and I said "Who is this before I give anymore information"?  He hung up on me.  I did get a call later from the same number. No message.
