They called me.  There was a pause after I said, "Hello.”  Then a female, hard to understand voice, asked if I was the one who pays the electric bill.  I said, "No, the landlord pays it,”  and hung up.

Callback number in PA seems to just say I'm important to them but they never put a real person on for me to mess with.
