Person said they were calling from AT&T to collect $100 in order to hook up Internet & phone service part of the Direct TV bundle to be installed  today. They went on to say that I needed to contact Direct TV to see why they charged me $121 for setup when they don't have the ability to access this portion of the bundle. Whenquestioned further the line dropped & I tried calling back several times to not avail; it just rings twice then the line drops.

No ticket open, ATT does not do call backs. Total fraud attempt to get information.

Called from ATT, said they need more info to resolve my account issue and said to call back to 1-844-519-7072 with a ticket reference number. Not sure if it's a legit call or not
