It's is qvc direct number

It is QVC Office of the President.  IT IS NOT SPAM (ALTHOUGH MY PHONE LABELED IT AS SUCH) ...  If it doesnt pertain to you, then ignore it.  I got the call because I emailed their president about their hosts claiming you get a free trial and then their forcing you to pay shipping to return the item.  So they were calling to let me know they were going to credit the return shipping to my card.

This is a customer service line for QVC.  It is NOT the office of the President or scam.  If you ordered anything that has special delivery like a bed or something like that, this line is a go-between line for the delivery company to Q for verifications or problems.  I placed an order, and there were questions.  The number is valid, and it works.

This number is not a scam.  I ordered an item on easy pay and accidentally input the wrong address. They called me to confirm the correct address before they shipped it.  I'm so glad they did too.

"Angie" left me a message saying that American Express called them directly to dispute some "fraudulent charges". First of all, why would American Express call QVC on my behalf? Second of all why, when I hit "call back" the number was no longer in use at QVC? Third, when I called back using the 800 # that "Angie" provided, when "Angie" didn't answer her phone I opted for the operator and an Asian-Indian answered "QVC switchboard". When I ask who I call I called he quickly corrected himself and said QVC. I said that I was calling in regards to my account. He said that I needed to speak to the QVC Corporate office.

In all of my years ordering and dealing with QVC, I have never encountered anything this shady. This happened on Friday. I plan to call the real QVC today to tell them that someone has semi-hacked into their system and could cause a lot of problems with their customers.

Be careful out. Do not give them any information about yourself!
