Answered a call from this number today. Some guy just said "Donald Dyer!" (which is not me). I said I think you have the wrong number. He hung up.

There are laws that already exist. Doesn't mean the scofflaws will obey and the government can't make new and redundant laws itemizing offenses.
People must learn to protect themselves and not expect others to do everything for them.

I use Call Blocker I got for free via the Play Store on my Android phone. Pretty simple to use but the virus finder sees it as a virus and says it uses my info. Ive had no issues and have had it for almost a year.

whoever this number is that kept calling me 20 times today won't leave a voicemail when I called back it gives me an emergency beeping sound one of to stop cause my district attorney's office for my county and state I'm ready to press charges
