I have been getting 2-3 calls daily from this # for the past 2 months. I don't answer it and they never leave a message.

This number call my home phone but no one is on the line when I pick up the phone.
This type of use of the public phone system must be made aganst the law.

Received numerous phone calls from this number who is claiming to be a "Economic Relief Center" company who assist with IRS debt assistance service for anyone exceeding $10,000.00 in IRS debts. They request information then claim to transfer you to a Tax Lawyer or Professional who can help, but advise not sure what fees you may be charged from these offices.....

If you have voice on Comcast. Click on the voice tab, click on preferences. There is a box you can check   that says block all anonymous calls. There is a space where you can type a phone number you want blocked. I got 9 calls in one day from private caller, they stopped since I blocked it.
