Asked me to participate in a survey about the media in BC. Press 1 to continue in English, then something in Chinese or Mandarin and then something in Punjabi. Did not press 1

From Pennsylvania, they asked me to participate in a survey about the news media in BC and Canada. I pressed 1 to continue the game in English, (I also heard something in Chinese). I let then the call running til they hanged out. 2 minutes duration and they have to pay for that.

Just got a call from them, didn't answer. If they're actually calling for a survey about BC media, why call from Pennsylvania?
