Received this call, knew it was collections or some sort. Listened to the message and was alarmed that Mark Williams was calling because someone used my information to make fraudulent activity. With identity theft and whatnot, I was concerned until I heard the name mumbled through broken English, no one I know of. They threatened to take legal action against both of us... I don't even know who the other person is or if they even exist! Scammers!

These people are a fraud.  Ask them to send you a complaint in writing to your physical address and they will not do it.....beware.....DO NOT REALEASE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.....THIS IS A SCAM!

These people called my phone about six months ago and then called again today.  If you have ever applied for anything over the internet and given your info including your ssn etc thats how they get your info.  I applied for a loan and they had all my info and said I didn't pay back the loan.  Well they missed one small detail..I didn't get the loan so there is no loan to pay back and they had some bogus name for the loan company I supposedly dealt with. The don't even speak English and the threats they make are so ridiculous it's almost comical.  I am reporting them to all the entities listed in the post above including the Pennsylvania State Attorney General.   DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from 484-485-7178 and 206-734-3197 with all the same details as the rest of you.  I am certain they got my information from buying something or other on the internet.  They are ridiculous and when confronted with reason, they will either just hang up, or cuss you out and hang up.  Lovely folks. Don't pay a dime, you don't owe them anything!
