I see this number has not stopped calling. I've received 10 calls within the past 24 hours. Call 3 x in a row, then another 2, etc....

If it's a smart phone, download the Call Blocker app. They're calling me all the time too, though I've never answered. With Call Blocker, you can just add the phone number to the list and your phone won't ring and it won't go to voice mail. You'll just see that you missed a call and that the call was blocked. Easy Peasy.
