Called 1/8/2014. Caller ID 'EXPRESS TIMES'. No message.

Same as Eileen. ID said Express Times. No message. These calls are annoying, intrusive, and wrong!

Caller ID states Lansdale, Norristown and different other locations.  They keep on changing their phone #'s after some time or they might have a network (even out of state).  Some times the even curse and majority of it is either scams or telemarketers  EVEN AFTER REGISTERING ON DO NOT CALL LIST.

484-255-2097 calls my home at least 6 times a day.  They hang up if I answer.  They never leave a message.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, so how is this possible?  How can I get them to stop?  They are now waking me up at night!!!
