Who calls from this number?

Calls from Mortgage Services.

Mine said they were with the warranty company and that my warranty was about to expire on my vehible - when the woman came on the phone she asked about the make, model, and year of my car.  I asked her what company she was with and she said "Uh..." and hung up.

My experience was virtually the same as Courtney's.

I then called back the number from caller ID but could not get through to a live person.  The caller ID had their name listed as Direct Service, but their answer machine says they are Mortgage Services.  I tried punching in a few random extensions but could never connect to a live person.

My call claimed to be from a warranty company. I've had many calls from this as well as other numbers claiming to be from a warranty company. Problem is... I don't own anything that has had a warranty associated with it. I actually like older vehicles. I asked the [***] on the other end of the line to put my number on the do not call list, and he immediately hung up on me. I've asked other callers to do the same, and they've complied, but this joker won't.

I later called the number back but could not get through to a live person. All I could get was a voice mail for "the next available operator"
