who are these guys?  they called me and when I tried to return the call the line rings busy?

just got a call from this number. i didn't recognize the number so i didn't answer it.does anyone know who this is?

got call didn't recognize number have been trying them back and only get busy signal

this number just called me while I was at work but I didn't answer it. When I tried to call back there was no sound at all.

This fellow called me twice. He tried to sell me new socks. I told him I wasn't in need of new socks for another few weeks or so. He was very persistent and finally I caved to the pressure and bought the socks. It only took two days for them to arrive and as of now I have the most comfortable feet on the block. I know my neighbors are jealous because when we talk all they look at are the socks. I see them stare from their porch when I'm out on my daily strolls. They're always looking at those socks.
