I had a message from a foreigner that I couldn't even understand.  Said was an officer for American Legal Processing & we had a loan from the internet that we needed to pay & it was going to court, etc.
All I know is this is a fraud & I'm tired of them.  They hadn't called in a few months but when they were calling it was almost everyday.  We tried talking to them once but you could tell they were phishing.

This number called me today. I let the call go to voicemail. When I checked my voicemail, there was message from some foreign guy,, saying that he was an officer at Lehigh Police Department and my name came up in a lawsuit. I couldn't make out the rest but I was concerned so I called the number and that same guy answered and I asked exactly what lawsuit. He said that I am being taking to court for fraud. LOL I laughed. I asked what fraud. He imeditatly changed it and said it was about a debt collection from Cash One. Supposely I had borrowed the money  and it was put in my account and i didnt pay it back. I knew it was a bunch of crap but I played along to see what else he would say. He said I applied for a loan back in Oct. 2009 that I have no memory of and proceeded to give me my old address that I hadn't lived at since 2008. I became concern that I could have been a victim of idenity theft. BUt that wasn't the case. I told the guy that I did not apply for a loan and he said copped an attitide and told me I would have to prove myself in court and hung up. I wasn't concerned with them at all but I did call my bank immediately to make sure there wasnt any activity from this Cash one. They assured me that it was a scam just like I thought. I then googled the company and found several other reports against this number. If they call your phone, do not give them any information.

Received a message from this number saying it was an urgent matter and if I did not respond it would be a matter of life and death.  It was supposed for a loan I had with Wells fargo so I called the company and they said it was fraud and not to give them anything.

Some one with a very heavy East Indian accent called me at home and work.  He became very rude and obnoxious when I told him to send it to me in writing.  I hung up at that point and he called back and left a very nasty voice mail.

I received a message yesterday..  Scared me..  But, after reading posts, I feel that this is a scam.  Very rude when you ask them for any imformation...   Do I need to do anything further?
