They called meat 75 times in one day! Here is my post on this website: 75 calls in one day from 484-241-3206. I had to order a subscription with my cell phone company to block unavailable, private, and unknown #'s, had to turn my phone off to get them to stop yesterday! They told my mom that they were going to get me fired from my job, my husband tried to talk to them, they hung up on him twice, my mother's (Kimberly Tuel) boyfriend tried to talk to them, they laughed at him and said "we'll just call her back tomorrow". AND THEY DID!! So far only one time. I went on our cell phone account and blocked THAT #. What do I have to do to get these idiots to stop calling ME? I'm already on the do not call list.****This is beyond Harrassment!! It has to stop. No idea who these people are. They are RUDE and keep asking for my mother. She's tried to talk to them several times. This has been going on for 2 yrs now.

They have been calling my daughter and leaving messages for ME!~  they called her 50 times in 10 minutes! I called and told them to STOP calling her = they increased the calls to her - and refused to tell me WHY they want to talk to me - just that there is a lawsuit or something.  but won't tell me who or why.  All he would tell me is he works for an investigative company.  How can I stop them

Next time they call, tell them you've reported them to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Also that all calls they make to you and your daughter are being recorded for use in a lawsuit for multiple violations of the FDCPA.  If that doesn't work, you may have to get your phone company (or cell company) to block the number(s) they're calling from.  

No one calls to let you know there's a lawsuit against you - unless they're scammers trying to frighten you into paying for a bogus debt!
