Called 3 times in one day, hangup calls and no messages to say who they were or who they're looking for.  One call was just 40 minutes after the first one.  I called later and got a recording saying it's DK Collection and Recoveries in Allentown, PA.  They're not on any of my credit reports and they've never sent me a bill, collection letter or debt validation. I'm sure I'll be getting harassed daily for months by these losers, and my state's attorney general's office will be dealing with them soon for their violations.

I have resolved an account with this company and found them to be professional, curtious and very helpful. They do not treat you like crap like the other agencies did to me. I had one call me that said they would arrest me, I sued them and won! I dealt with a girl named Karen and she helped me resolve my issue and discounted my balance due to my financial situation. I wish they were all this nice. I am asshamed that I have debt collector's calling me.  I am sorry that you didnt have a better experience. Did you leave them a message ?
