i HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THE NUMBER 4842233756 FOR ABOUT A WEEK> THEY CALL AND THEN I CALL THEN SAY DONT KEEP CALLIN THEM, SO I WAIT TIL THEY CALL ME AND I CALL AGAIN AND THEY SAY WHY YOU KEEP CALLIN ME BACK I TELL I WANT THE INFORMATION SO I CAN PAY THE BILL I NEED THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE IT.. IT SOME FOREIGN MAN THAT KEEP CALLING WITH MY SS# ACCT INFORMATION AND ADDRESS NAME OF MY BANK SO I GOT PROTECTION ON THEY [***]. FILE A POLICE REPORT ALSO I ALSO TOLD THEM I KNOW THEY STOLE MY INFORMATION..... WHY DO THESE PEOLPLE WANT TO PLAY WITH PEOPLE LIVES.....

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THESE IDIOTS THREATENING ME WITH A LAWSUIT CALLD BACK AND IT WAS OAKLEY LAW FIRM YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THESE IDIOTS THEY CALL FOR AWHILE AND THEN STOP AND START UP AGAIN. CALL MY CELL CALL MY JOB CALL MY MOM WHAT CAN A PERSON DO TO STOP THIS GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF IT.

i am getting calls on my cell phone at least twice a day from a guy with a heavy accent saying i have a legal lawsuit against me. also he knows my social. he always leaves a voicemail saying to call him back and good luck if i don't. he said he is from oakley law firm. how do i get this to stop?

Call your states attourney Generals office, and tell them the #'s you are called from and what they are "claiming"..... Also call the FTC, which you can file a complaint online by going to the bottom of the screen to "contact us", and then "secure complaint form". Give the info asked and then there will be box for you to explain exactly what is happening to you. Give phone #'s, names, all details about what they say....
