Received call from 484-223-2043: she addressed me by my first name and offered renovation, upgrades to my house windows, doors, changes etc.... Caller did not hang up - was kind of polite - disappointed when I told her that my house does not need their service.  Call came in as "wireless caller".

I got the same call...they have a calling list generated by a computer. Same offer.

Just got the same phone call.  Said they are doing work in the neighborhood and wanted to give me a free estimate.  Will be turning the phone number into the police.

The phone number they're calling from is spoofed, not a working number.  If you want to file a Do Not Call complaint, you'll need to try to get more information from the caller, such as their address, or a website.
