No Message left

I received a call from this number on my cell.  When I returned the call the recorded message said it was a do not call registry and now I am on their do not call list.  WHat's up with that.  Who is this.

Recorded message "your vehicle warranty may have expired".

Reverse lookup says it belongs to Paetec communications (Reading PA); seems that their website is www.paeetc.com  and that they sell Voice / Internet / VOIP services.   Think I'll drop them an email.

Same as above...car warranty expires.  very annoying,  how do I stop these people from calling?????

I received this number on my cell id. No message left and i did not call back. I decided to put this number into google and found all these other people who have gotten this call.  I have gotten the car warranty message on my work cell but never looked at the number...interesting. Now i know to just ignore it. Thanks,nm.
